  • During Sale Periods: Delivery typically takes 8–10 business days

  • On Regular Days: Delivery typically takes 7–8 business days

 


 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 


 

Delays & Support

While we always aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as logistics or weather conditions).

Shipping Address Changes

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped:
